Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Support elements of the onboarding process with new hires.
  • Developing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Manage our SOP/Policy library.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies and organizational development initiatives.
  • Implementing HRIS systems and tools to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and reporting.
  • Optimizing Payroll and ATS software systems
  • Help run payroll as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a field relevant to Human Resources preferred 
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred
  • 5 years of experience working in an people operations team with a full HR tech stack (HRIS ATS LMS Doc Hub PM software)
